🌍 Position Details
Role: System/IT Administrator (Office 365 + Linux)
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Location: 100% Remote (India-based candidates only)
Start Date: ASAP
💡 What You’ll Do
As a key member of our IT team, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting the backbone of our technology operations. This includes:
Administering Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, RAID, FSMO Domain Controllers, and Global Catalog
Supporting Office 365 and Linux environments
Managing servers, networks, and workstations across our global setup
Implementing robust security measures using firewalls and antivirus tools
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues efficiently
Managing backups and ensuring disaster recovery readiness
Providing L1 & L2 technical support to users
Maintaining detailed technical documentation for systems and processes
Working with tools such as Jira for issue tracking and task management
🧠 Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with:
AD, DNS, DHCP, RAID, FSMO, Domain Controllers, Global Catalog
Linux administration and Office 365 management
Jira and other IT service management tools
